Um einen Innenhof wurden 29 Reihenh\u00e4user und 63 Wohnungen gebaut. Der Komplex in Kopenhagen (D\u00e4nemark) ist ein innovatives Beispiel daf\u00fcr, wie ganze Bauteile nicht nur wiederverwendet oder recycelt werden, sondern eine Wertsteigerung erfahren (Upcycling). Dies verlangte eine intensive Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Bauherren und der Lendager Group. Die systemischen Barrieren f\u00fcr Upcycling konnten so Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt abgebaut werden. Au\u00dferdem sind Wassermanagement und Biodiversit\u00e4t zentrale Aspekte des Projekts.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped und technisch zeichnen sich die Geb\u00e4ude durch wiederverwendete und aufbereitete Backsteinelemente in der Fassade aus. Die Backsteine wurden in Bl\u00f6cken von 1 x 1 Meter aus den W\u00e4nden abbruchf\u00e4lliger H\u00e4user geschnitten. Die Fassade besteht aus 39% Materialien, die aus nicht weiter als 160 km Entfernung gewonnen wurden und eine Wiederverwendung erfahren. Als weiteres recyceltes Material wurde Holz verwendet, das haupts\u00e4chlich auf der Terrasse, in den Baumh\u00e4usern und an der Fassade verbaut wurde. Insgesamt wurden etwa 914t Abfall vermieden. Abriss als ein wertsteigernder Prozess ist eine neue Perspektive im Bereich der Bauabf\u00e4lle, was die Lendager Group mit diesem Projekt erstmals auf gro\u00dfem Ma\u00dfstab praktizierte.<\/p>\n\n\n    <div class=\"inline wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-8\">\n    \t<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n\t\t\t<h3>PRAKTIKEN<\/h3>\n\t\t\t<blockquote><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Als Mensch m\u00fcssen Sie neugierig auf neue L\u00f6sungen sein. Das Gleiche gilt f\u00fcr Ihr Unternehmen. Wenn es keine nat\u00fcrliche Neugier hat, dann wird es schwierig.<\/span><\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><b>Claus Mathiesen, builder, CEO bei NREP<\/b><\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"right-content wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-8\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"tagged-term\">\n\t        \t\t\t\t                    <div class=\"content\">\n                \t<a href=\"https:\/\/circularmaterialsystems.com\/de\/practice\/certifying-reused-materials\/\" class=\"button lined tag\" style=\"background-color:; color: ; border-color: \"><span>Zertifizierung f\u00fcr wiederverwendbare Materialien<\/span><\/a>\n\t\t        \t<p>Der Architekt verweist auf fehlende Zertifizierungssysteme als zentrales Hindernis im \u00dcbergang zu einer auf wiederverwendeten Materialien basierenden Bauwirtschaft. Zudem wirken an solchen Bauprojekten viele Akteure mit, die Verantwortung und Koordination teilen. Dies macht Projekte f\u00fcr gew\u00f6hnlich zeitintensiver. Die Dokumentation der verwendeten Materialien ist herausfordernder, denn wenn ein Ziegelstein aus seinem urspr\u00fcnglichen Kontext entnommen und in einem neuen Projekt verwendet wird, muss dieser wie ein v\u00f6llig neues Produkt behandelt und dokumentiert werden. Die Lendager-Gruppe musste Materialproduzent werden, um Abfallmaterialien in neue Geb\u00e4ude einbauen zu k\u00f6nnen. <\/p>\n\t\t        \t<span><\/span>\n\t\t        \t<!--<a href=\"https:\/\/circularmaterialsystems.com\/de\/practice\/certifying-reused-materials\/\" class=\"button lined\">Certifying reused materials<\/a>-->\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t        <\/div>\n\t       <\/div>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"tagged-term\">\n\t        \t\t\t\t                    <div class=\"content\">\n                \t<a href=\"https:\/\/circularmaterialsystems.com\/de\/practice\/preparing-built-fabric-for-a-new-use\/\" class=\"button lined tag\" style=\"background-color:; color: ; border-color: \"><span>Aufbereitung von wiederverwendbaren Materialien<\/span><\/a>\n\t\t        \t<p>Upcycling kann einzigartige Eigenschaften wie zum Beispiel \u00e4sthetische Qualit\u00e4t oder historische Bez\u00fcge f\u00fcr neue Projekte herstellen. Die in einem Schachbrettmuster angeordneten Ziegelplatten stammen von verlassenen Geb\u00e4uden in der Region und sorgen f\u00fcr das einzigartige Erscheinungsbild der Fassade. Der Ansatz, Ziegel aus unzerst\u00f6rbaren M\u00f6rtelkonstruktionen wertsteigernd in Panele zu integrieren, wurde von der hauseigenen Tochterfirma des Architekturb\u00fcros \"Lendager up\" entwickelt. Dazu wurde ein neues System, die \"UP Wall\", entwickelt, bei dem eine diamantbest\u00fcckte S\u00e4ge verwendet wurde, um Elemente der M\u00f6rtelziegelwand in einer Gr\u00f6\u00dfe von ca. 1x1 m herauszuschneiden. Im Vergleich zu einer Standardwand wurden so beim Bau 38 % CO2 eingespart. In einem n\u00e4chsten Schritt wurden diese Ausschnitte in Sandwichpaneele integriert, die mit Beton und mit einer D\u00e4mmung versehen wurden, um die Bauvorschriften zu erf\u00fcllen. Als recyceltes Material wurde au\u00dferdem Holz verwendet, das haupts\u00e4chlich auf der Terrasse, in den Baumh\u00e4usern und an der Fassade verbaut wurde. Die dunkle Oberfl\u00e4che des f\u00fcr die Terrassen und die Holzfassadenelemente \u00fcber den Fenstern verwendeten Holzes wurde durch Anbrennen der oberen Millimeter der Holzbohlen (Yakisugi-Technologie) und anschlie\u00dfendes Impr\u00e4gnieren mit Lein\u00f6l erzeugt. Insgesamt wurde durch diese Ans\u00e4tze eine Menge Abfall eingespart, nicht nur auf den Abbruchbaustellen, sondern auch bei der Herstellung der neuen Komponenten.<\/p>\n\t\t        \t<span><\/span>\n\t\t        \t<!--<a href=\"https:\/\/circularmaterialsystems.com\/de\/practice\/preparing-built-fabric-for-a-new-use\/\" class=\"button lined\">Preparing built fabric for a new use<\/a>-->\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t        <\/div>\n\t       <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n    \n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Materialinventar und Lieferketten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2018The Resource Rows\u2019 bezieht viele Komponenten des Projekts von lokalen Bau- und Abbruchbaustellen. Die Ziegelplatten stammen von nicht mehr genutzten Geb\u00e4uden der Carlsberg Brauerei in Kopenhagen und von Schulgeb\u00e4uden in Aarhus.
